Meet Land Development

Ed Ritti, Vice President of Prudential Fox & Roach REALTORS, Land Development, has been active since 1973 in the Tri-State area with residential and commercial land developments. Working directly with builders and municipalities, Ed is an experienced Realtor having consulted and/or sold land parcels in Pennsylvania, Delaware and New Jersey. His membership in two real estate broker international networks, the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR), and Certified Real Estate Broker (CRB) also helps when more “global” exposure is required. Ed is a graduate of Villanova University with a degree in Civil Engineering.

Wendy Amato, With Prudential Fox & Roach since 2003, Wendy is the Auction Director working with Prudential Fox & Roach Realtor’s 4500 Sales Associates and their clients who are interested in accelerating the sales cycle of their property through our Enhanced Marketing Program. Her leadership provides clients with a seamless transition from conventional marketing to auction marketing. These clients typically require a more definitive sale date, and seek maximum control over the real estate transaction. To date, Wendy has managed over $40M+ in sales and listings with our Enhanced Marketing Program. Wendy is a graduate of the University of Maryland with a degree in Arts & Communication.

Claude Bradshaw,With Prudential Patt, White since 1996, Claude is the Regional Land Director for Lehigh, Northampton, Berks counties as well as surrounding areas. Claude has worked as an exclusive site agent for several prominent area builders on numerous new construction sites. His extensive experience in advising builder/developer on product, pricing and marketing make him a valuable asset to Land Development. Prior to joining Prudential Patt, White, Claude has acquired over 15 years of hands on experience in the construction field.

Pat Coty,With a strong background in the financial services industry in a variety of capacities, Pat began his real estate career with Prudential Fox & Roach in 2002. During his career, he has developed an extensive understanding of crafting creative solutions to complex problems for his clients. Pat is licensed in New Jersey and is active in Camden County. Pat has a Masters in Business Administration /Finance from Rider University, Lawrenceville, New Jersey.

Michele Endrich, As a consistent top producer in our Hockessin Office since 1988, Michele’ role of working with builders on raw land has proven to be invaluable for our Exclusive Sellers. Michele is licensed in Pennsylvania, Delaware and Maryland and is active in Southern Chester County, Southern Delaware County and the States of Delaware and Maryland.

Jeanette Farley, Born to a family of contractors and Builders, Jeanette has been active in all aspect of land development and building for the past 20 years. She has managed subdivision approvals, site work, financing, building and sales in 7 developments and over 300 homes in Chester County alone. Jeanette has a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Technology and Business Management from Delaware Community College.

Bradd Forstein, With Prudential Fox & Roach since 2004, Bradd manages more than 1500 agents for Land Development. His strong business acumen has helped in creating strong relationships not only with the PFR offices but with his extensive client base as well. As a member of the Builders League of South Jersey, Bradd has fortified relationships with dozens of top builders throughout the region and is recognized as a trusted leader among his peers. Putting his client’s goals first, Bradd brings fresh ideas and solutions to the everyday challenges presented throughout the sale and development process. Bradd is licensed in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is active in the Burlington, Camden, Cumberland, Salem, Cape May and Atlantic Counties of New Jersey. Bradd is a graduate of the University of Vermont – Business Administration.

Bill Horner, With 20 years experience in the construction industry, Bill joined Prudential Fox & Roach in 2005. As an owner of a construction company, Bill has extensive knowledge of the construction industry from start to finish. Bill is active in South Jersey especially Cumberland County.

Louise Ritti, Data Coordinator, has been a Pennsylvania licensed Realtor since 1973. Her past experience includes residential Real Estate Agent, Home Builder and Charity Auction Director. Louise focuses on the collection of development property and computer based marketing. Louise is a graduate of Rosemont College.

Marie Scarpulla, In her 20 year career in real estate, Marie’s background includes residential sales and leasing, commercial leasing, historic preservation, mixed use development, and public infrastructure projects. As a highly experienced real estate professional in many aspects of real estate development, Marie brings her expertise and professionalism along with her knowledge of the City of Philadelphia.

Leon Sickles,With expertise in the commercial financial services, real estate marketing, development and residential sales, Leon has been a top producer in sales for Prudential Fox & Roach since 2002. As the former Secretary Treasurer for a well known private lending institution in the Delaware Valley he was responsible for asset management of REO properties including partially finished residential real estate developments, land development in process of subdivision and commercial development in Pennsylvania, New York, Delaware and New Jersey. Leon brings a depth of business and real estate knowledge to his clients providing tangible financial results matched with sound development expertise. Licensed as a Real Estate Broker since 1980 in Pennsylvania and 2007 in New Jersey, Leon is the Regional Land Director for Bucks County and portions of Montgomery County. Leon has his degree in Finance and Computer from Syracuse University and his Masters in Digital Media Studies from the University of Denver.

Dottie Shields, With 20 years of experience in real estate, Dottie understands the importance of keeping abreast of all commitments surrounding the agreement process and provides support to the Regional Land Directors in maintaining their schedules and commitments.

Ed West, Ed has been in the real estate, building and land development business since 1974. He comes from a family of builders, developers and apartment owners and his knowledge of Southeastern Pennsylvania is extensive. As a former Director of Marketing and Vice President of Sale and Marketing as well as head of Land Acquisition, Ed brings to the table a perspective of the business from the viewpoint of landowner, developer and builder. He understands the objectives of both land buyer and land seller and works towards a successful outcome for both parties. Ed is a graduate of Hiram College with a degree in Business Administration.

Tom Wheeler, A Real Estate Agent since 1984, Tom currently holds licenses in Maryland and Delaware. As a consistent top producer, Tom works diligently with owners of land to achieve their financial goals. Tom’s experience in planning and zoning has given him a solid foundation to work with builders and developers in Delaware and Maryland. His vigorous approach and knowledge will afford the expertise needed to locate, purchase, develop and market land for his clients.
